RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unused or defective merchandise within 15 days of original purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price.  You must contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization # and Shipping Instructions.

 

All returns must be unused and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.

Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return.

 

On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return & the RA # issued and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price towards another purchase or receive a refund.
